This action was brought by the administrator of the estate of Embert Peterson, deceased, to recover damages for Embert Peterson's death resulting immediately from an automobile collision which occurred at about three o'clock of a clear night at the junction of the Lincoln Highway (U. S. No. 30) and State Primary Road No. 60, two or three miles east of Boone, Iowa. No outside witness saw the accident...
