This is an appeal by the plaintiff in a patent suit from a decree of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, dismissing the plaintiff's bill in a suit brought to enjoin infringement of patent No. 1,793,846 filed January 4, 1928, and granted February 24, 1931, to Vernon Durbin, for a hospital plug connection.
