The complaint alleges infringement of two patents, one to Dreyfus, No. 1,773,967, relating to a process of cutting fabric and the product thereof, and patent No. 2,086,238 to Herbert Platt, for a ribbon cutter. The answers of defendant to plaintiff's interrogatories, followed by an inspection of the defendant's plant, led to the withdrawal of the Platt patent and a decree of non-infringement as to that patent was consented to at the opening...
