The plaintiff herein began garnishment proceedings against the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, a corporation, based upon a judgment obtained in the District Court of Love County, Oklahoma, against Harry E. Belford and Anna E. Belford. After obtaining this judgment against the principal defendants, the plaintiff had issued out of the District Court of Love County, Oklahoma, an execution which was returned unsatisfied on April 13, 1940...
