Petitioners seek to review a decision of the Board of Tax Appeals, 40 B.T.A. 466, upon its appeal from the determination of the petitioner's tax by the Commissioner. The question involved arises out of a foreclosure sale of all the assets of the petitioner, tangible and intangible, for $36,600.
