This is an appeal from a judgment recovered by the plaintiff, Shoffner Mercantile Company, against the defendants in the sum of $6,250, together with attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $625, as damages on account of the destruction of its warehouse and contents by fire. The warehouse was located in the town of Shoffner, Arkansas, a hamlet situated adjacent to a side track of defendants' railway. The fire occurred on December 2, 1938...
