Plaintiffs brought this suit to cancel an oil lease upon 120 acres in Section 15, Township 3 South, Range 14 West of the 2nd P.M. in Wabash County, Illinois, given by plaintiff William W. Gray as Trustee, on December 21, 1938, to defendants as lessees, whereby the latter were demised the right to enter, mine and operate the premises for oil and gas, provided defendants should, within sixty days, begin actual drilling on one of the three forty...
