The plaintiff, Iberia Petroleum Corporation, a Louisiana Corporation (hereafter called Iberia), filed its original suit in the State court for St. Martin Parish, against the Acadian Production Corporation of Louisiana, also created under the laws of said State (hereafter called Acadian). Subsequently, on May 23, 1940, certain citizens of the State of Florida intervened. Thereafter, on June 21, 1940, plaintiff filed its first amended petition...
