The Rea & Read Mill and Elevator Company1 was a corporation organized under the laws of Oklahoma. On or about July 1, 1930, it was dissolved, and Will G. Rea and Frank Foresman, its only living directors, became trustees for the creditors and stockholders under § 9788, O.S.1931, 18 Okl.St.Ann. § 163.
