This appeal arises out of an action for infringement of four patents relating to automobile thermostats. The usual defenses of anticipation, invalidity and non-infringement were made. The case was referred to a special master, who found all the claims in suit either invalid or not infringed. The District Court adopted the findings and conclusions of the master and dismissed the bill.
