These appeals are from a decree ranking liens and distributing the balance of a fund in the registry of the court derived from the sale of a vessel under a writ of venditioni exponas. The vessel was sold for $39,000. After paying costs and undisputed claims, by agreement of all parties, a fund of approximately $32,000 was left for distribution.
