We have not the pleadings and evidence in this record, but a stipulation in lieu of them. There was an interpleader concerning the proceeds of two cotton crops raised in the year 1931 by two tenants on lands of Means Johnston; the claimants being on one side Wm. I. Myers, Governor of the Farm Credit Administration of the United States as mortgagee of the crops, who furnished the tenants money to make the crops, Johnston waiving his landlord...
