Appellants, who were plaintiffs in the court below, brought this action against Julius Manger and Hamilton Realty Corporation upon an alleged oral agreement between plaintiffs and Manger to pay them for their services in procuring an agreement of sale from the owners of the Hamilton Hotel in Washington city. The amended declaration was filed in 1935, but before trial Manger died, and the action was continued...
