These cases were consolidated and tried without a jury. Maude Conner is the wife of George Conner, Myrtle is the wife of W. M. Conner. George Conner purchased two pieces of meat at approximately six o'clock on the evening of February 3, 1938. The meat was taken to the home of his brother, W. M.
