On May 17, 1934, Francis H. Duehay, a resident of Fairfax County, Virginia, died intestate. His widow, Edith G. Duehay, appellant herein, was appointed, in Fairfax County, administratrix of decedent's estate and, thereafter, on August 9, 1934, was appointed ancillary administratrix of the estate in the District of Columbia.
