This is an appeal from an order of the District Court striking certain real property from a schedule of assets filed in proceedings under Section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, Title 11, U.S.C., Section 203, 11 U. S.C.A. § 203.

While proceedings for foreclosure of a mortgage on appellant's real property were pending in the state court, appellant on December 24, 1934, filed a petition under Section 75, subsections (a) to (r). The petition was approved...
