This is an appeal by defendant in a suit instituted by a manufacturer of safety razor blades to enjoin defendant, a patentee, from prosecuting an infringement suit against a drug company selling the blades. Defendant asserted a counterclaim to recover damages for alleged breach of contract on the part of plaintiff in appropriating the idea of a locked safety razor disclosed by defendant.
