This case on appeal is a consolidation of several appeals, all of which present the same question. The appeals are from orders of the District Court denying petitions of petitioner-appellant to quash, or in the alternative, to amend two subpœnas duces tecum which were issued out of the District Court and directed to and served upon the petitioner and the City National Bank and Trust Co. of Chicago, respectively.
