The motion is to dismiss an appeal on the ground that the order appealed from is interlocutory and not final. The appellant, Cudahy Packing Company, was served with a subpoena commanding it to produce books and records before a grand jury which was making inquiry into violations of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-7, 15 note. It brought a proceeding to quash the subpoena, asserting that the books and records were so voluminous...
