This application in contempt recites that, upon the institution of the suit on March 26th, 1932, J. S. Cruse and Sloan Simpson, were appointed receivers, "to take, hold, protect, and manage the property of the Great Eastern Oil Company, under the jurisdiction of this court, and in accordance with such orders as were thereafter entered."
