This appeal is from a judgment entered in two personal injury actions brought against appellant, one by Mrs. Charles O'Neal and the other by her husband, Charles O'Neal. The actions were consolidated and tried before the court and a jury, resulting in separate verdicts, one in favor of Mrs. Charles O'Neal for $5,000, and the other in favor of Mr. Charles O'Neal for $1,500.
