Appellant here seeks review of the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming that of the examiner denying patentability of two claims numbered, respectively, 8 and 12 in his application for patent for a method of operating declination indicators in the drilling of wells, particular emphasis being placed on oil wells.
