This appeal is from a verdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff in a suit upon an accident insurance policy taken out by Dr. O. Paul Noller. The policy provided for the payment of $5,000 for death resulting, directly and independently of all other causes, from bodily injuries sustained solely through accidental means; and a special rider extended the coverage to pyogenic infection, the result of external inoculation through accidental contact...
