This is an appeal by a life insurance company from recovery on a policy on the life of Alonzo D. McAdoo brought by the individual beneficiary in the policy. The appeal is from the Eastern District of Arkansas.

The insured was an employee of the Batesville Grocery Company. On October 7, 1935, defendant delivered "wholesale" policies of life insurance to the employees of the company. McAdoo's policy recited his wife as beneficiary. The...
