This suit was brought to restrain infringement of a design patent and to recover damages arising out of its alleged infringement. Four suits were instituted wherein the issues were the same in each. They were heard together both in the District Court and in this court and will be disposed of in one opinion. The District Court found the patent invalid for want of invention and dismissed the suit.
