Ryan, George Stephen Hayde, and the judges and clerks of the election of November 3, 1936, in the Second Precinct of the Twelfth Ward in Kansas City, Missouri, had, on and prior to that day, conspired to injure and oppress certain citizens of the United States, namely, the qualified voters of the precinct who should vote for...
