The plaintiff instituted this suit to recover the sum of $100,000 as damages for the loss of her Father and Mother, who were killed in an automobile accident with an automobile operated by the defendant Ireland, occurring about one and a half miles east of the town of Bliss, Idaho, on a main highway, between the hours of seven and eight o'clock P.M. on July 17, 1937. A trial by jury was not requested...
