This suit grows out of a prior proceeding in which the complainant, Flannery Bolt Company, obtained a decree in the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania directing J. Rogers Flannery, the defendant, a former president and director of the complainant, to pay it the sum of $1,111,805.16, found by the court to have been misappropriated. 16 F.Supp. 803.
