The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company instituted this suit against the respective treasurers of Baca, Bent, Douglas, El Paso, Fremont, Las Animas, Otero, Prowers, and Pueblo Counties, in Colorado, to enjoin the collection of a portion of the ad valorem taxes laid against its property situated in such counties for the year 1937, to expunge such taxes...
