This action at law was brought on March 21, 1931, in the Circuit Court of Greene County, Missouri, at the relation of Andrew Jean Stormfeltz, a citizen and resident of Kansas City, Missouri, against Title Guaranty and Surety Company, incorporated in Pennsylvania, and American Surety Company, incorporated in New York.
