Appellants, who were plaintiffs below, by this appeal challenge the correctness of a decree of the lower court which after trial dismissed their amended bill of complaint. Plaintiffs, who are owners of certain bonds issued by the Central Illinois Joint Stock Land Bank of Greenville, Illinois, brought this suit for themselves and on behalf of all others similarly situated.
