Defendants were prosecuted under an indictment charging a conspiracy to violate the Internal Revenue Laws of the United States. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and from the judgment of the court thereon defendants have prosecuted this appeal. The case of defendants on appeal may be summarized as follows:
