This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court denying a petition to review the order of the court's Referee in Bankruptcy.

The Chickamauga Trust Company, a Tennessee corporation, was adjudged a bankrupt on December 31, 1930. For many years prior to this adjudication it was an entrepreneur with The Prudential Insurance Company of America for procuring and making loans on real estate.
