The complaint in above cause was filed therein pursuant to the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C.A. 400. In the beginning Brady Irrigation Company, a corporation, was plaintiff, and Winston Brothers Company, a corporation, Teton Co-operative Reservoir Company, a corporation, and Bynum Irrigation District, a public corporation, were defendants. C. K. Malone alleges ownership of ten of the bonds of the Bynum Irrigation District in his complaint...
