Plaintiff-appellant sued defendant-appellee, Pennsylvania Railroad Company, and its co-defendant, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad Company, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendants.
