This case was tried to a jury on two causes of action. A directed verdict in favor of the defendant disposed of the first, in which plaintiff sought to recover for the death of her husband, the driver of the car. The second went to the jury, which found for plaintiff in the sum of $1,800. We now consider defendant's motions for a directed verdict made at the close of all the evidence and for a new trial. The defendant says it was not negligent...
