Plaintiff was badly injured in a logging accident on April 11, 1934. He sustained a severe pelvic fracture and a ruptured urethra. The fracture has healed, but the stricture, caused by the scar tissue, following the repair of the ruptured urethra, will permanently call for attention at intervals...
