The Louisiana Materials Company as bailee of certain barges filed this libel on July 9, 1934, against the tug Anita D. and George Sick, the owner thereof, to recover damages alleged to have been sustained to the barges as the result of negligent towage. The libel alleges that the grounding of said barges and the losses and damages resulting therefrom were caused solely through the negligence of the tug and of George Sick, her master and owner...
