In connection with the Motion for Rehearing is a motion to send up an exhibit to the answer in the court below of the Appellant Davidson. This exhibit is the record of a suit begun in 1904 by A. H. Cox against Mrs. Grace Gould Grady to recover compensation from her for making the settlement of 1903 with Mrs. Emma Gould which is sought to be set aside in the present case.
