These are cross appeals from a final decree of the federal District Court for Massachusetts in a suit in equity brought by the plaintiff, the Paris Medicine Company, a Delaware corporation, against Brewer & Company, a Massachusetts corporation, to restrain the latter from using the letters "L P Q" upon its tablets and the labels on its boxes in the manufacture and sale of tablets as a medicinal remedy for the relief of colds, headaches...
