The order on appeal was in a reörganization proceeding in bankruptcy, and directed the trustees of some eighteen pools of mortgages severally to account for the conduct of their trusts. The first order required the trustees to account generally; but later the judge limited the scope of the accountings, and the appeal relates to the limitation alone.
