These are three separate suits to recover damages growing out of a collision of an automobile and a truck which took place at about 10:30 o'clock at night on a public highway in Kansas. Robert L. Harmison, Paul Parker, and Earl Wood, young men in their early twenties, were in the automobile. It crashed into the rear of a truck owned by R. D.
