This is an action for infringement of U. S. Letters Patent No. 1,850,319, applied for by Harry T. Fensom and Raymond Green, of Los Angeles, California, on July 17, 1929, and issued to the plaintiff, Claude Neon Electrical Products Corp., Ltd., on March 22, 1932, as the assignee of Fensom and Green. The invention had relation to an illuminated advertising sign. The Lackner Company, Inc., joins as party plaintiff as a licensee of the Claude Neon...
