This action at law was brought by Hobbs-Western Company, a corporation, to recover the amount of a loss sustained by it and alleged to be within the coverage of an automobile insurance policy issued to it by the defendant Employers' Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd. The case was removed from the state to the federal court because of diversity of citizenship and more than three thousand dollars in controversy, and was tried by the court...
