This appeal is from a decree of the district court, reversing an order of the referee in bankruptcy entered on the petition of the trustee for a marshalling of liens and a sale of property free of encumbrances. Appellee and Florida National Bank, one of the appellants, were cited as lienors, and both appeared claiming first liens.
