Geno Florini brought suit in the District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania to recover for personal injuries sustained by him in a collision which occurred on September 7, 1934, at the intersection of Sixth and River Streets in the Borough of Honesdale, Wayne County, Pennsylvania, between the motorcycle which he was riding and the defendants' truck.
