It appears from the facts in this case, and the Court so finds, that prior to the year 1931 Mr. Herbert Herff and Mr. Joseph Lewis, of Memphis, Tennessee, had become associated in business, first with the Security Bond and Mortgage Company, which was liquidated, and that during this time they purchased the assets of the bankrupt concern, Doyle Motor Company, which was engaged in the automobile business in Memphis, Tennessee.
