This is a patent infringement suit brought by United Shoe Machinery Corporation, a New Jersey corporation, against the Williams Manufacturing Company, an Ohio Corporation, on McFeely patent No. 1,558,737 and on Hoyt patent No. 1,508,394. The claims in suit are claims 6 and 85, 23 and 91, and 42 of the McFeely patent and claims 19 and 21 of the Hoyt patent. Plaintiff...
