This is a suit to recover an amount of grazing charges under the terms of a grazing permit issued to one M. Jauregui for the grazing of his sheep upon a portion of the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation. The permit was of date January 26, 1929, and extended to January 31, 1934, for which annual payments were agreed to be made in advance in the sum of $5,557 per year.
