Hallenbeck, doing business under the name of Hallenbeck Inspection & Testing Laboratory, performed certain work during the months of March, April and May, 1937, in inspecting and testing materials on the Kenfield Housing Project No. H-6703 at Buffalo under an agreement with Easthom-Melvin Co., Inc., whereby he was to be paid by the latter $1,012.87.
